Most suffering is unnecessary. Much of the time we suffer for nothing. Our emotional and behavioral problems can be resolved. We just have to understand the dynamics in our psyche or unconscious mind. I'm a psychotherapist, and this blog is dedicated to teaching self-regulation and the art of being happy.
